Welcome to "GIS in Archaeology: the Survey"

The following is a survey that is directed toward archaeologists using GIS. Your participation in this survey will greatly enhance the understanding of the tool in archaeology. All participants will receive a copy of the results of the analysis as well as the data set.

Instructions

If you are not an archaeologist using GIS please do not take this survey as that will skew the results.

While taking the survey, please keep in mind that it is intended for the person responsible for the actual GIS software operations. If, for instance, you take care of the theoretical modeling and someone else implements the analyses, please take the survey with that person.

Some questions support multiple inputs. Unix users: Just Click on the different options. Windows Users: Hold Down the Ctrl Key as you click on the options. Mac Users: Hold Down the Shift key as you click on the options.

If you answered any question as "other", you can specify what it is in the comments.

It takes about 5 minutes to complete the survey.
